At Nurture the Vessel, a place is offered for women to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with their body's wisdom.Through the practices of hands-on therapeutic work, nervous system support, thoughtful conversation, and modalities that honor the whole person, we create space for lasting change—not by forcing transformation, but by allowing it to unfold.
This is about remembering who you are beneath the noise and reclaiming the connection to the deepest parts of yourself.

Mind the GapFor women who feel exhausted, tense, overwhelmed or unable to fully relax.
This is a total system recalibration for the nervous system - for women who can't relax, who feel exhausted and carry chronic tension, and those who have sensitive physical and energetic systems.
These sessions include Coaching, Polarity Therapy, Flower Essences and Restorative Bodywork if necessary.Investment: $135
That DAM® Spot
30–45-minute sessions that focus on one or two areas of the body using Diamond Active Massage. These sessions are active and not passive. This means that we work collaboratively—you'll be guided to move areas of the body with certain movements to improve your pain and stress levels.Investment: $85I was the first practitioner in Maine to become certified in Diamond Active Massage®, a movement-based approach developed by Irene Diamond.
Liberation
Coming October 2026A 3-6-month private coaching container for women who are serious about moving beyond their current conditions of pain, low energy, and disconnect from the body and life. We will explore and move through Recognition, Illumination and Expansion.This is by application only after an initial conversation and is offered via distance at this time.Starting at $1500
Human Design Conversations
Having your chart run is incredibly empowering. It gives you insight into your unique energy blueprint, and how you are meant to move through this life honoring your unique design. Your birth information: place, exact time and location are needed to run a chart.I require two weeks to prepare a full chart, and payment is due at time of scheduling a chart preparation and reading date.Investment: $350
My intention is that you will feel heard, be clearer in mind and energy centers and be connected to your body, heart and wisdom with all sessions offered.
Payment methods will be discussed prior to your first session.I do not offer refunds for my services.
